Key Responsibilities 

• Own and optimise portfolio performance, driving sustainable and profitable growth
• Lead technical underwriting frameworks, including pricing, rules, and policy structures
• Exercise underwriting authority and manage complex referrals across the team
• Build strong broker and insurer relationships while delivering strategic initiatives

Qualifications

• Strong commercial SME underwriting experience with deep technical expertise
• Proven ability to manage portfolio performance and pricing decisions
• Analytical, data-driven mindset with strong commercial judgement
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
• ACII qualified or working towards
