I specialise in CAT Risk and Exposure Management recruitment, supporting mid-to-senior level professionals across the insurance market. I work closely with individuals at all stages of their careers, from those with three years of experience to seasoned specialists with over two decades in the field.

I started my recruitment career in August 2024, motivated by the desire to work in a more professional, relationship-led environment. My priority is always the people I represent, ensuring my candidates feel valued, supported, and matched with companies that recognise their skills and commitment.

At the heart of my role is relationship-building: understanding both client and candidate goals, and providing a tailored service.
