Stephanie Coleman joins as director of governance, risk and compliance
Stephanie Coleman has joined Eames Consulting as director of governance, risk and compliance (GRC), based in our London office.
As the latest addition to our UK leadership team, Stephanie will be charged with managing and scaling our GRC team within the corporate functions division, as we expand our offering across back-office specialisms. Shephanie brings over eight years of experience in the financial services market, most recently leading the GRC practice at Lutine Bell, spanning both permanent and interim recruitment solutions.
Stephanie specialises in senior appointments within highly regulated environments, partnering with C-suite executives and their leadership teams across risk and compliance for many of the sector’s foremost organisations. In the process, she has built a reputation for developing high-performing teams and deep, advisory relationships with her clients, strengthened through her industry-renowned roundtable sessions.
Ed O'Connell, UK CEO of Eames Group, said: “Stephanie brings significant knowledge of the financial services landscape, supporting the Eames Consulting heritage and our strategic growth agenda. Bringing Stephanie into the leadership team is a significant step forward as we continue to scale our corporate functions division, and her experience, insight, and leadership will help us broaden our capabilities across key back-office areas, including risk and compliance. I’ve no doubt she’ll play a pivotal role in maximising our client relationships. This wonderful appointment truly signals our intent to be the dominant force in GRC.”
Coleman will aim to utilise her relationship-building skills to engage our existing network, build on our heritage within the insurance and financial services industry, and identify new opportunities.
She said: “The corporate functions space is evolving rapidly and organisations are increasingly seeking partners who can support them holistically across multiple functions, including audit and finance, governance, risk and compliance, legal, digital and marketing, tax and HR. We have the opportunity to truly evolve the way we engage with our clients as the recruitment industry evolves rapidly from transactional service to trusted, long-term partnerships, and I’m excited to utilise Eames Consulting’s incredible network to help deliver its next phase of growth.”
Elliot Golds, Partner and Executive Director for Eames Consulting, added: “We are absolutely delighted to welcome Stephanie to the UK leadership and Corporate Functions team, marking a significant step forward in our growth. Stephanie brings a strong and consistent track record of performance and leadership, having partnered with many of the sector’s leading organisations and across our existing client base. In addition to her recruitment expertise, Stephanie shares our commitment to deep, strategic partnerships with clients, adding value well beyond recruitment.”
