I am a management accountant on the internal finance team and I look after employee payroll, contract commission calculations as well as ECMS and Asia contractor payroll. I also prepare our Hong Kong and Singapore management accounts.
In my role, I continuously try to improve efficiency and add value to processes where I can and approach everything with a growth mindset. I use my ability in having access to financial information to provide data to aid business decisions.
I enjoy the collaboration between the team, the opportunity to continue to study and working with people who push and support me to succeed.
What is it about recruitment that has kept you in the industry?
It is a people-based industry and I feel like I’m part of a great team. There are also new challenges all the time, which has kept me on my toes so far and offered lots of room for personal development.
