Since joining Eames Consulting in 2024, I have built relationships across Lloyd’s syndicates, carriers, reinsurers, MGAs and private-equity-backed players. Transformation in this sector is about practical redesign that improves control, efficiency and customer outcomes.
My approach is direct and outcome-focused: understand the problem, define the capability required, and deliver the right people or team to achieve it. I support project engagements on a Statement of Work basis or through contingent contract resourcing. Always aiming to add value beyond the hire by guiding stakeholders through the realities of large-scale transformation and ensuring my clients are moving forward with the right model.
