Since starting my recruitment journey in October 2023, I've primarily focused on tech-related roles. Specialising in Technology, Risks, and Cyber Security across Singapore, Malaysia, and Hong Kong, I collaborate with a diverse range of international and local companies spanning various industries in these regions.
In essence, my role is akin to being a matchmaker for jobs. I facilitate connections between companies and candidates, guiding them through the intricacies of the hiring process. This entails scouring for job openings, identifying suitable candidates, and providing continuous support and feedback to ensure a smooth recruitment experience for all involved parties.
