I am a Principal Consultant within Eames Consulting’s Technology & Digital Enablement Philadelphia practice, specialising in Data & AI contract solutions. I partner with BFSI organisations and technology consultancies, supporting senior and director-level consultants on complex, project-led work.

I was drawn to recruitment by the scale of opportunity within Data & AI and the ability to build long-term, trusted partnerships in a fast-evolving market. My role focuses on identifying gaps within client environments and deploying the right expertise quickly and effectively—while maintaining close, consistent relationships throughout each engagement.
