Placing a Test Automation Team Lead was a standout moment for me. It was a niche role with a competitive market, and the candidate needed both strong technical depth and leadership experience.

To me, being an opportunity maker is about helping people in a real, meaningful way, not just passing CVs along. It’s noticing potential, showing candidates options, they might not have thought of, and connecting them with roles that really suit their skills and goals. For clients, it’s about presenting talent that genuinely strengthens the team and drives the business forward. Ultimately, it’s about making thoughtful matches that work well for everyone involved.

What Eames value resonates with you the most and why?
All of the values resonate with me, but the one that stands out most for me as a recruiter is being Agile and Adaptive. In recruitment, things change constantly: new roles come in, priorities shift, and you often need to rethink your approach on the fly. Being flexible and able to adapt quickly is essential to stay effective and deliver the best results.
