Pricing Manager

I am working with a leading insurer to hire a Pricing Manager in their high performing Actuarial team.

Reporting into the Senior Pricing Manager, you'll be central to delivering pricing insights and shaping underwriting strategy. This role blends technical depth with leadership exposure, offering the chance to directly contribute to portfolio performance, analytical development, and business planning.

The Role -

• Managing 1-2 direct reports
• Leading pricing work streams to deliver insights
• Building and deploying pricing models
• Providing analytical insights that support strategic planning
• Helping to build capability across the pricing team
• Producing segmentation, profitability and claims analysis

The Candidate -

• 5+ years' experience in personal lines or Lloyds pricing
• Great stakeholder communication
• Highly motivated and keen to learn
• Commitment to fostering a culture centred around continuous improvement

Location - London (3 days a week in the office)

Salary - Up to £120,000 - £130,000
