I am an Partner &amp; Director on the actuarial team, specialising in recruiting mid-to-senior talent within the Lloyd&rsquo;s, London Market and personal lines space, including part-qualified roles up to head of departments.
I was attracted to the actuarial market in 2017 due to it being a niche and specialised market. This has allowed me to build out an established network and be able to understand my client&rsquo;s and candidate's needs, ask the right questions and deliver on both sides.
Not every candidate conversation has to be about being put forward for roles, I can add value by giving candidates the opportunity to know more about salaries, in-demand skills, and also current trends such as flexibility in working arrangements.
​I ensure my service is reliable and transparent. I work with my clients with a solutions-orientated approach which is valuable for the team and the business. For my candidates, I'm able to guide them through the processes and provide clear communication ensuring they have the best opportunities.

Personal Lines - 1 day per month in the office

Our client is looking to make a hire at the Senior Analyst and Lead Analyst level within their pricing teams. To be considered for these opportunities candidates should have a personal lines background and ideally have predictive modelling techniques such as GLMs and GBMs.You will be involved in building datasets for pricing, developing and enhancing pricing and predictive models, and monitoring trading, loss ratios and market trends. There will be further responsibilities alongside the above.In this role you will be focused on home products.
