Project Manager - Capital Markets

We're looking for a Senior Project Manager to join a leading capital markets firm in Singapore.

Reporting to the COO. High visibility. Real impact.

You'll own a portfolio of strategic projects across capital markets business lines, working directly with senior business heads to drive delivery, governance, and change.

The role:

✅ End-to-end project delivery across a complex, cross-functional portfolio

✅ Direct interface between the COO and business heads

✅ Executive governance, board-level reporting, and stakeholder management

✅ Shaping the firm's PM frameworks and standards

What we need:

🔹 Strong PM background in financial services - capital markets preferred

🔹 Track record of delivering complex programs in regulated environments

🔹 The presence and communication skills to operate at C-suite level

🔹 Solid grasp of capital markets products and regulatory frameworks
