I am an Partner &amp; Director on the actuarial team, specialising in recruiting mid-to-senior talent within the Lloyd&rsquo;s, London Market and personal lines space, including part-qualified roles up to head of departments.
I was attracted to the actuarial market in 2017 due to it being a niche and specialised market. This has allowed me to build out an established network and be able to understand my client&rsquo;s and candidate's needs, ask the right questions and deliver on both sides.
Not every candidate conversation has to be about being put forward for roles, I can add value by giving candidates the opportunity to know more about salaries, in-demand skills, and also current trends such as flexibility in working arrangements.

<div>Our client is looking for someone to step into a high-impact role where you will help shape a portfolio-led underwriting proposition within a dynamic construction insurance business, using data, pricing insight and performance analytics to drive smarter decision-making and long-term profitability. You will be responsible for evaluating and managing delegated authority and portfolio structures, developing underwriting strategies at a portfolio level, and using detailed performance analysis to optimise growth, balance risk, and improve returns across a diversified book.
