I am an Partner &amp; Director on the actuarial team, specialising in recruiting mid-to-senior talent within the Lloyd&rsquo;s, London Market and personal lines space, including part-qualified roles up to head of departments.
I was attracted to the actuarial market in 2017 due to it being a niche and specialised market. This has allowed me to build out an established network and be able to understand my client&rsquo;s and candidate's needs, ask the right questions and deliver on both sides.
Not every candidate conversation has to be about being put forward for roles, I can add value by giving candidates the opportunity to know more about salaries, in-demand skills, and also current trends such as flexibility in working arrangements.

<div>A leading global (re)insurance organisation is seeking a qualified Reserving Actuary to join its London-based actuarial team. This is a highly visible role offering broad exposure across UK and European business lines, where you will provide reserving expertise, support key business decisions and contribute to strategic actuarial initiatives. You will be responsible for leading quarterly reserve reviews, delivering insightful analysis of reserve movements and financial performance, supporting board and regulatory reporting, and driving projects focused on process improvement, automation and model development. The role also involves close collaboration with underwriting, claims, finance and risk teams, helping to shape reserving methodologies and communicate results to a wide range of stakeholders. The ideal candidate will be a FIA qualified actuary with strong London Market reserving experience and a solid understanding of P&amp;C (re)insurance. You will be technically strong, commercially aware and comfortable explaining complex actuarial concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
