I am an Partner &amp; Director on the actuarial team, specialising in recruiting mid-to-senior talent within the Lloyd&rsquo;s, London Market and personal lines space, including part-qualified roles up to head of departments.
I was attracted to the actuarial market in 2017 due to it being a niche and specialised market. This has allowed me to build out an established network and be able to understand my client&rsquo;s and candidate's needs, ask the right questions and deliver on both sides.
Not every candidate conversation has to be about being put forward for roles, I can add value by giving candidates the opportunity to know more about salaries, in-demand skills, and also current trends such as flexibility in working arrangements.
​I ensure my service is reliable and transparent. I work with my clients with a solutions-orientated approach which is valuable for the team and the business. For my candidates, I'm able to guide them through the processes and provide clear communication ensuring they have the best opportunities.
Securing repeat business is something I always strive for. One of my proudest achievements is being an exclusive actuarial supplier and market adviser to one of my clients for their next recruitment drive. I pride myself on being able to deliver results.

Senior Pricing Analyst (Syndicate and HX)

<div>Join a high-performing Lloyd's insurer and play a key role in shaping pricing strategy across a diverse portfolio. Working closely with senior actuarial and underwriting stakeholders, you'll develop and enhance pricing tools, deliver pricing analysis for large and complex risks, and provide valuable portfolio insights that support commercial decision-making. You'll also contribute to management reporting, data visualisation, and the ongoing evolution of actuarial capabilities. This role will assist with the transformation project in HX.We're looking for an analytically minded actuary who is progressing through the actuarial exams or has recently qualified. Strong Python and Excel skills are essential, while experience with Power BI, SQL, VBA, or modern pricing platforms would be a distinct advantage.
