Operations Specialist - Fund Administration and Reconciliations

A regulated financial services firm with an international presence is hiring an Operations Specialist for a 12-month contract in Singapore, covering fund operations alongside brokerage, custody and digital asset processing, working closely with investment, client coverage and technology teams.

The role covers processing fund subscriptions, redemptions, transfers and investor transactions, reconciliations and NAV review, and support for fund audits and regulatory reporting. It also covers client onboarding, processing and reconciling fiat and digital asset transfers, cash and position reconciliations, and custody and staking-related activity, plus preparing operational and management reports and supporting internal and external audits. There's also scope to contribute to process improvement, automation and systems projects.
