Data Scientist - Personal Lines Motor

I am working with a fast-growing specialist insurer looking for a talented Data Scientist to join their Telematics Trading team.

The role will primarily focus on supporting the Telematics business, taking ownership of the underlying models and processes that support pricing and ensuring they remain best in class. You will have significant autonomy to develop and improve solutions across the Telematics portfolio, working closely with the wider Data Science and Pricing teams.

The team works predominantly in Python and Databricks, with ownership of model development, automated pipelines and deployment into production. This is an opportunity for a strong problem solver to work in a fast-paced environment where you will have genuine input into projects, tooling and the wider data strategy.

This role is open to proven data scientists, or pricing analysts looking to make a transition in their career.
