I am an Partner &amp; Director on the actuarial team, specialising in recruiting mid-to-senior talent within the Lloyd&rsquo;s, London Market and personal lines space, including part-qualified roles up to head of departments.
I was attracted to the actuarial market in 2017 due to it being a niche and specialised market. This has allowed me to build out an established network and be able to understand my client&rsquo;s and candidate's needs, ask the right questions and deliver on both sides.
Not every candidate conversation has to be about being put forward for roles, I can add value by giving candidates the opportunity to know more about salaries, in-demand skills, and also current trends such as flexibility in working arrangements.
​I ensure my service is reliable and transparent. I work with my clients with a solutions-orientated approach which is valuable for the team and the business. For my candidates, I'm able to guide them through the processes and provide clear communication ensuring they have the best opportunities.
Securing repeat business is something I always strive for. One of my proudest achievements is being an exclusive actuarial supplier and market adviser to one of my clients for their next recruitment drive. I pride myself on being able to deliver results.

Growing Consultancy - Assistant Manager

Our client is looking to hire an Assistant Manager to join their team in London on a hybrid basis (3 days in the office). This role is an excellent option for those who want to join a growing actuarial practice which isn't one of the Big Four.
Clients include insurers in the Lloyd's/London Market, P&amp;I clubs, Personal Lines Insurers and reinsurance entities.&nbsp;
Responsibilities include reserving, calculating SCRs using the Standard Formula approach, SII TPs and other ad-hoc projects. You will also be expected to build effective working relationships with new and existing clients.&nbsp;
They are looking to speak to those who are either Nearly or Newly Qualified, have excellent attention to detail and be critical thinkers. Those with reserving backgrounds are encouraged to apply.
