I’m a Consultant within the Technology & Digital Enablement pillar, specialising across Infrastructure, DevOps, and Cloud. I began my recruitment career in January 2022.

I was drawn to recruitment because it combines relationship‑building with a performance‑driven environment where effort directly translates into results. Having started my career in the hair industry, I’ve always thrived in people‑facing roles and enjoyed building strong, long‑term relationships. Recruitment offered the opportunity to deepen those skills while making a measurable impact on both individuals and businesses.

My focus is on testing roles within the technology space, partnering closely with insurance and financial services organisations. I support mid‑ to senior‑level hires, from Test Analysts through to Programme Test Managers and Heads of Testing. At its core, my role is about connecting businesses with the talent they need to grow, while helping professionals find opportunities that align with their skills and career ambitions.

I take a consultative, partnership‑led approach with both clients and candidates. I spend time understanding goals, challenges, and what success looks like, allowing me to provide honest market insight, clear advice, and consistent communication throughout the process. Clients value my commitment, proactive approach, and focus on finding the right long‑term fit rather than quick solutions.

What keeps me engaged in recruitment is the pace, variety, and ability to make a tangible impact. One of my proudest career moments was placing a senior‑level candidate into a role where they became a key enabler of business growth, while also taking a significant step forward in their own career.
