I started my career in the music and entertainment industry, where I learned the art of discovering, securing, and showcasing talent—skills that naturally led me into recruitment. Since 2017, I’ve built a career in technical recruitment, spanning engineering, manufacturing, and now technology and financial services.

At Eames Consulting, I specialize in permanent recruitment within the Data & AI space, partnering with consulting firms, financial services organizations, insurers, and technology businesses. I recruit across both technical and leadership roles, from data and cloud engineers to AI/ML specialists and senior technology managers.
