This is a fully remote position, my client is seeking an accomplished Sales Leader with deep experience in the Snowflake ecosystem to lead revenue growth, develop strategic client relationships, and build a high-performing sales organization.

This role is ideal for a sales executive who understands modern data platforms, cloud transformation, analytics, AI, and data modernization initiatives. You will be responsible for driving market expansion, executing go-to-market strategies, and positioning Snowflake-centric solutions that deliver measurable business value to enterprise customers.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute the go-to-market strategy focused on Snowflake-related services and solutions.
  • Lead, coach, and grow a high-performing sales team.
  • Drive new logo acquisition and expansion within existing accounts.
  • Build executive-level relationships with customers, partners, and Snowflake stakeholders.
  • Collaborate closely with delivery, consulting, data, analytics, and cloud teams to shape customer solutions.
  • Identify opportunities across data modernization, cloud migration, AI, ML, analytics, governance, and data engineering initiatives.
  • Own pipeline management, forecasting, sales performance metrics, and revenue attainment.
  • Represent the organization at customer meetings, industry events, and Snowflake community engagements.
  • Work closely with alliance and partner teams to strengthen Snowflake and cloud hyperscaler relationships.

Required Experience & Qualifications

  • 8+ years of enterprise technology sales experience, including leadership responsibilities.
  • Demonstrated success selling data, analytics, cloud, or digital transformation solutions.
  • Strong knowledge of the Snowflake ecosystem and associated data platform capabilities.
  • Experience engaging with Data, Analytics, AI, and Cloud leaders, including CIOs, CTOs, CDOs, and business executives.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales and revenue targets.
  • Excellent leadership, coaching, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Experience with CRM platforms and sales pipeline management.
