Senior Pricing Actuary - Manager

Key Responsibilities

• Lead pricing analyses across Casualty and Financial Lines business.
• Manage and develop a team of three pricing actuaries/analysts.
• Deliver rate reviews, portfolio performance monitoring and pricing recommendations.
• Collaborate closely with Underwriting teams to support profitable growth.
• Drive enhancements to pricing tools, models and methodologies.
• Provide insight on profitability, market trends and portfolio performance.
• Support business planning and portfolio optimisation initiatives.
• Present pricing recommendations and performance updates to senior stakeholders.

Requirements

• Qualified Actuary.
• Strong London Market or commercial insurance pricing experience.
• Experience within Casualty and/or Financial Lines classes.
• Previous people management or supervisory experience.
• Strong technical modelling and analytical skills.
• Ability to communicate complex findings to both technical and non-technical audiences.
