Pricing and Reserving Actuary

This is an excellent opportunity to broaden your technical skills across both pricing and reserving in a very business-facing role, working closely with underwriters, finance and senior stakeholders on a diverse portfolio of specialty and commercial lines business.

Key responsibilities:

• Deliver pricing analyses to support underwriting and portfolio management
• Contribute to quarterly reserving reviews and reserve adequacy assessments
• Work on portfolio performance monitoring and profitability analysis
• Support business planning, capital modelling and wider actuarial projects
• Build relationships with stakeholders across the syndicate

About you:

• Nearly or newly qualified actuary
• London Market, Lloyd's or general insurance experience
• Exposure to either pricing or reserving, with an interest in developing across both
• Strong analytical and communication skills
