We are seeking an experienced Senior Business Project Manager to support a large-scale European expansion programme within a leading specialty insurer.

 

London (Hybrid) | 6 months initial | £750–£850 per day (Inside IR35)

 

This role forms part of a high-growth initiative focused on launching new commercial insurance products across European markets, with an immediate focus on Spain.

 

Role Overview

 

  • Lead end-to-end delivery of new product launches across multiple European countries
  • Drive implementation of business and operating models across people, process and technology
  • Own project scope, planning, governance and delivery across cross-functional teams
  • Work closely with Underwriting, Claims, Finance, IT and Operations
  • Act as a key point of coordination across the wider European programme

 

Key Requirements

 

  • Proven Business Project Manager (not Product Manager)
  • Strong experience within Specialty or Commercial Insurance
  • Demonstrated track record delivering commercial lines product launches in Europe
  • Experience leading multiple workstreams across underwriting, claims, finance, IT and operations
  • Experience supporting market entry or new country launches
  • Strong stakeholder management skills, including senior and executive engagement
  • Ability to operate at both strategic and detailed delivery levels
