We sat down with Daniel Warwick, managing director of our Singapore office and asked him the qualities he looks for in potential recruitment consultants when hiring for his team. Here's what he had to say. 


What motivates you in your career?

Creating a business and enviroment which truely can be referred to as a leader in its field.

What sets Eames apart from other recruitment agencies?

We are not looking to breed robots, our business is focused on the human aspect, allowing our employees to develop their own style as they focus on their core markets. Given the room to develop, they become experts in the market.

Whats the best advice you have been given?

Stop sticking your foot in the pool and jump in!

What qualities do you look for in a recruitment consultant joining your team?

I look for individuals who are proud of the work that they do and who want to deliver a professional and ethical service to their clients. Although we are rewarding financially for the work they do, focusing on doing the job properly will make you more successful.

Tell us something people don't know anout you?

I once provided security for Pele and Bobby Moore during Euro 96.
