We sat down with Kerren Leach, a partner in our Broking, Claims and Underwriting division. We asked him what he'd be doing if he wasn't in recruitment. Here's what he had to say.

If you weren't in recruitment you'd probably be...?
An insurance broker or chef! The former because I’m passionate about the classes of business I deal with, and recognise they genuinely add value to clients - something that mirrors the values I have as a recruiter. The latter because I love cooking, although I don’t think I could tolerate the hours or pay!
