We sat down with Hazel Rowe, manager in our Audit team and asked for her thoughts on working for Eames. Here's what she had to say.
What motivates you in your career?
To have a good reputation and be known as an industry specialist.
What qualities do you look for in a recruitment consultant joining your team?
Someone who is motivated and can think on their feet.
How important is building relationships in recruitment?
Very important. Eames encourages me to meet all candidates and clients and leverage off our existing relationships whether globally or in local counties.
