Maybank and Allianz in decade long Indonesian bancassurance agreement

Write something here...Maybank and Allianz have penned a decade long bancassurance deal in Indonesia. The agreement will provide extensive life and health insurance products to over 4 million Maybank customers. Regional CEO of Allianz Asia Pacific, George Sartorel, said the partnership was a great fit for both Allianz and Maybank and expressed his confidence that the deal would bring the companies mutual benefit. Allianz and Maybank will develop three life insurance products which will become immediately available: MyProtection Bijak, a Shariah compliant product, MyProtection Prima, which will combine protection and investments in one solution and MyProtection Investa, a single premium investment offering. Allianz will also seek to launch its proprietary digital sales platforms for Maybank clients, to fuel better customer engagement and satisfaction. This will be augmented by a team of more than 150 dedicated insurance advisers to serve the needs of Maybank clients in their retail branches.
