We sat down with Jamie Card, a managing consultant in our Change Management division. Best advice he's ever been given? Here's what he had to say.
I love working for Eames because...?
Eames took me on as an unpolished consultant and gave me the opportunity to succeed and have guided me to success. I don’t believe there is another company who can add value to someone’s career as much as Eames has to mine.
How does Eames make you proud to work in recruitment?
I love the fact I work for a strong brand. Clients and candidates are happy to speak on the phone and meet with any consultant from Eames. The values at Eames are different and genuine and that is why I am proud to work here.
Best advise you have ever been given?
Respect is something that is earned overtime and can be destroyed in a seconds. Never flex on integrity at the cost of respect.
How would you describe the culture at Eames?
Friendly, buzzing and full of people striving to be the best.
Tell us something people don't know about you?
I have a black belt in Taekwondo and competed for Great Britain. I was ranked second!
