We're delighted to announce the promotion of James Rydon to Managing Consultant.
James joined Eames in 2015 as a senior consultant in our non-life Actuarial division. With a career spanning over eight years, James’s knowledge and experience in the market has found him much success, and he has played in an instrumental role in the growth of the division and was a big contributor to the team having their most successful year to date.
James has shown a desire and aptitude in developing other consultants within his team and this promotion will enable him to continue to build on his team as he looks to improve on his success last year.
