James began his recruitment career in 2007 and with hard work, dedication and passion has developed his knowledge and reputation within the actuarial and insurance risk market, cementing himself as a true recruitment specialist in his field.
After joining Eames in 2015 as senior consultant on our actuarial and insurance risk management team, James’ career has grown from strength to strength as he received his first promotion to managing consultant after one year with the business. With management responsibility for the non-life actuarial team, James aims to continue to deliver innovative recruitment solutions to his clients across the UK and Europe.
Combined with his high level of experience and passion for recruitment, James has excelled in all areas of his career including the development of his team which in 2016 led to them achieving one of their most successful years to date.
One of James’ personal goals was to become a Partner of Eames and we would like to wish him continued success with his new promotion and career.
