Sanj joined Eames in 2012 as a senior consultant moving into a management role in 2014, having also been promoted to partner in 2016.
Since establishing the contingent broking, claims & underwriting division, Sanj and the team have built the most recognised and effective contingent London markets platform in the insurance industry.
An outstanding example of credibility, Sanj has firmly positioned himself as a subject matter expert in the broking, claims & underwriting space with the respect of his clients, candidates as well as his colleagues, acting as a key point person on numerous insurance clients and promoting cross-selling across other Eames divisions and international offices.
His team are the most productive in the business and his approach to the development and mentoring of his people is exemplary. Also accountable for his own performance, Sanj consistently leads by example with his personal billings.
