We are delighted to announce the promotion of Lauren Seal to head of operations.
Since joining Eames five years ago, Lauren has been instrumental in building and developing the office support team.
Based in London, Lauren provides continuous support and guidance to all four of our international offices. Lauren takes an ‘open door’ approach and is always on hand to provide support where needed.
During the integrations process of our new cloud-based CRM system which is widely recognised by many recruitment companies, Lauren spearheaded the full training and development process including frequently holding training sessions, supporting all users to ensure any questions were answered in a timely and responsive manner and recruiters were happy with navigating the system confidently.
Being voted MVP by her peers in 2017 was a testament of how highly regarded Lauren is within the company and how her continued support is crucial to the overall success of Eames.
