It gives us great pleasure to announce the promotion of Dylan Walters-Bale to consultant.
Dylan joined Eames in August 2017, undertaking our associate consultant development programme on the life and pensions actuarial team.
During his development programme, Dylan worked closely alongside Joanne Gilbert, expanding his skills and knowledge of the market, displaying commitment and dedication in an ever-changing insurance market.
Since joining the company 6 months ago, Dylan has been successful in making several placements and has been fundamental in cementing the desks position as the only Tier 1 supplier for a key client, building a reputation as a true professional and credible recruiter.
As a consultant, Dylan will be supporting the growth of the pensions and employee benefits desk, focusing on the mid-to-senior level of the market. He will be working alongside experts in his team to expand his network of contacts and further build on his reputation in the market.
We would like to wish Dylan the best of luck and continued success with the next part of his journey at Eames.
