We are delighted to announce the promotion of Richard Williams to director of finance and operations.
Richard joined Eames in September 2017 to head up our internal finance function.
Having qualified as a chartered accountant in 1998 with Macintyre Hudson, Richard continued to progress in his career, serving in numerous financial manager and controller roles; including 6 years as Financial Controller for UK & Asia with Ambition Group and two years at Adecco.
Based in our London office, Richard has successfully implemented better procedures as well as the timeliness and the quality of reporting across all four of our international offices.
As a member of the Board, Richard has also added considerable value to discussions and practises implemented across the business.
A well-regarded and highly respected member of the team, Richard champions Eames’ core values and positively instils them in his team.
