After successfully completing our associate consultant development programme, we are delighted to share that D’neshai Bailey has been promoted to a consultant.
Since joining Eames in January 2018, D’neshai has continuously displayed an exceptionally high level of commitment to learning about the banking sector and contract recruitment processes
D’neshai began her development programme within the risk technology market successfully making her first mid-to-senior contract placement within just a few weeks.
Her career continues to go from strength to strength as her knowledge and confidence grows she is also establishing herself as a subject matter expert and a credible recruiter within the banking sector.
Over the last few months, D’neshai has worked alongside partner and associate director, Tim Carty to develop her expertise around the change management market..
On her promotion, D’neshai shared:
