VIPR, a UK leading provider of software solutions for the insurance industry, is delighted to announce a new working relationship with international insurance and reinsurance broker RFIB. With a vision for being agile and proactive, the London specialist broker came to VIPR looking for a solution that would allow them to capture and manage their data, as well as produce reports. VIPR’s bordereaux management solution Intrali was the tool that sealed the deal.

Armed with the knowledge that RFIB were looking for a bordereaux management solution to match their demanding expectations, VIPR were under no illusion that they needed to stand out from the competition. An impressive bid matching RFIB’s brief was submitted, highlighting evidence of how Intrali has helped the industry, as well as emphasising the system’s capabilities. The results spoke for themselves and hit the right note for RFIB.

Angus Kennedy, Group CIO for RFIB, comments, “We saw clear opportunities in moving to a system for bordereaux management that allowed us to standardise multiple data sources and reap the resulting benefits of centralised processing and single-source business intelligence. VIPR impressed us with their system and it was clear from the company’s reputation and professionalism that they could deliver for us. VIPR have worked well with our business and testing teams to tailor the system to our requirements and move into production quickly. Our business is looking forward to benefiting from the software in the UK as well as looking at opportunities to roll out Intrali across our International operations.”

“We are thrilled to be working with RFIB to strengthen our position in the broker sector,” said Bob Brown, CEO at VIPR. “RFIB have been testing Intrali in the build-up to go-live but are already effectively using system on live data. They will greatly benefit from the software helping to improve processes and produce the data they need for their customers. We look forward to working closely with the team, both now, and in the future.”

We are working on a number of career opportunities with RFIB across global risk, cyber and reinsurance. Find out more
