RFIB appoints managing director of RFIB Americas

RFIB has appointed Joseph Stanoch as a managing director of RFIB Americas, effective immediately. 

In his role he will report to Nick Foden-Pattinson, and will be based in the Minneapolis office.

Stanoch has over 35 years of experience in the reinsurance industry with some of the leading brokerage houses in the US. Starting his career with E.W. Blanch Co., he moved to Sedgwick Re in the 90’s, then to Holborn. He joined Burns & Wilcox in 2003 to help build their reinsurance operation.

Foden-Pattinson commented: “Joe brings a wealth of experience in Excess & Surplus Lines Casualty business, Workers Compensation, Alternative Risk Solutions, MGA Programs and Surety to RFIB. He is a great fit to our team, and I am very pleased to welcome him to RFIB.”

Stanoch said: “I am very excited to be joining RFIB Americas. The US is a market with huge growth potential and a genuine demand for truly independent, customer-driven brokerage services.
