AXIS Capital Holdings has announced the launch of their portfolio underwriting unit which targets multi-class portfolio business that is placed in the London specialty insurance market. Bermuda-based life (re)insurer has named Alex Brogden as group chief underwriting officer (CUO) and Carlo Elsinghorst as group chief financial officer (CFO). Brogden previously held the joint role of Group CFO and CUO, but the business has split these positions. Read More

Aston Lark announces UKGlobal as its 50th acquisition

Aston Lark has announced it has acquired UKGlobal, making this its fiftieth acquisition since its formation in 2018.
