Tay Siang Leng is the chief financial officer (CFO) for QBE Insurance Asia and has more than 20 years of experience in the financial services industry. He was previously CFO of RSA Insurance and has also taken on the Asia portfolio for QBE Insurance, and sits on the board of directors for QBE Singapore, QBE Asia Pacific Holdings and QBE Asia Services.
