I am a senior consultant on the technology change and transformation team, recruiting junior to executive-level hires. I work with all company sizes and across many different industries with a focus on financial services. I get the most out of my role by keeping motivated, being committed to learning, and constantly creating opportunities for myself.
I enjoy consulting with my clients to understand their growth plans and pain points and then matching the right candidates to the role that aligns with their interests and career goals. I always touch base with both clients and candidates frequently – to manage the process as smoothly as possible until the end.
