I joined Eames in 2017 to focus mid-senior level roles in cyber security, risk, IT infrastructure recruitment across the financial services and technology sector in Southeast Asia. I am responsible for end-to-end recruitment, handling both clients and candidates.
With a passion for the technology sector, I help organisations to attract the best talent in the market and help talent find their ideal organisation to work for. I do this by staying closely in touch with both candidates and clients as well as staying abreast of the latest technologies in the space. I am very knowledgeable and well-connected, and I treasure the relationships I have built and will put in the effort to maintain them.
How do you ensure your service is best in class?
I am never transactional, and I will stay in touch even after I have hired for a client, or placed a candidate in a role. I also always remain honest – if I feel the candidate may be better off not taking a role, and instead go somewhere else because of his career aspirations or personal circumstances, I am not afraid to let the candidate know.
