A global insurer is looking to appoint an A&H commercial Manager within their office in Paris.
The main purpose of the role is to develop and manage A&H Multinational business across Europe.
- Support to the local business development teams, prospecting clients and management of current accounts.
- Support in commercial and marketing material required to promote value proposition.
- Follow up of business development plans, including broker plans and cross selling initiatives.
- Identification of needs of expertise and training.
- Contribution to A&H regional projects, such as:
- New product development and launch
- New distribution initiatives
- Improvement of business development management controls, KPIs dashboards and reporting tools
It requires dealing with the following clusters/countries, daily communications and frequent business travels: France, Nordics, Germany/Austria, Switzerland, Benelux, Iberia, Italy, PCH.
You have a Business School Degree, an insurance training or a commercial experience and at least 2 years’ experience in an international insurance company managing multinational programs, or 1 year experience of A&H business development.
Fluent English is mandatory. Other languages are an advantage, more specifically French, Spanish and German.
The role is a permanent contract.
