Job Description

6 Months - £160/day

Key responsibilities:

• Manage aged cash & production items to ensure that resolution is reached in clearing of said items 
• Manage cash queries
• Co-ordinate the day to day resolution of account queries/issues 
• Liaise with colleaugues to ensure all non-paid/outstanding items are resolved 
• Ensure full accountability for the successful resolution of assigned queries further to escalation to senior management for resolution advice 

Key experience:

• Credit control experience essential 
• Advanced knowledge of Excel including pivots 
• Able to apply strong analytical skills and thought processes 
• Attention to detail and quality assurance 
• Experience ideally in finance and /or insurance industry
