The position involves supporting a growing Construction Profit Center by ensuring effective delivery and execution of account services, serving as a liaison between external customers and internal partners, managing services, identifying performance issues, establishing productive broker and account relationships, participating in sales and marketing activities, coordinating account service meetings, and handling service issues.
A bachelor's degree and 10 years of experience in commercial casualty insurance are required, along with strong background, comfortable working with underwriters, brokers, and insureds. Prior construction claims experience is highly preferred.
