My client is a MNC insurer and they are looking for a agency administration talent to join their team.​

Job Responsibilities:

  • To support administration, operation, recruitment, sales development of agency under Bancassurance and Alternative Channels Department.

  • Responsible for managing individual agents, supporting sales development and sales campaigns, and recruitment for new agents.

  • Responsible for administering operation and business development activities within the agency

Job Requirement:

  • University graduate

  • At least 4 years insurance business experience

  • At least 2 years agency operation / development experience

  • Good people management skills, business sense

  • Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese, knowledge in Putonghua will be an asset
