Job Responsibilities:
To support administration, operation, recruitment, sales development of agency under Bancassurance and Alternative Channels Department.
Responsible for managing individual agents, supporting sales development and sales campaigns, and recruitment for new agents.
Responsible for administering operation and business development activities within the agency
Job Requirement:
University graduate
At least 4 years insurance business experience
At least 2 years agency operation / development experience
Good people management skills, business sense
Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese, knowledge in Putonghua will be an asset
