Our client is one of the leading insurance organisations with a strong presence in the region. They are currently looking for an experienced application manager (AS400) to join their solution delivery team.
As an application manager, you will be responsible for:
- Managing projects to successfully achieve the agreed outcome while balancing project constraints
- Understanding business needs and propose viable solutions
- Assessing the impact of changes and support their implementation
- Participating in test planning and review of users' test evidence
- Ensuring the effective use of IT in supporting business needs
- Supervise a small team of development resources to deliver projects or work with vendors
As an ideal candidate, you must have at least 10 years of relevant experience within insurance industry and at least 4 years of leading a team. You must have a strong track record of vendor and project management (not excluding business analysis). You must have experience in handling SMART400 application (life and group).
