My Investment Management firm is looking for a Assistant Finance Manager to provide support for finance and accounting matters for a series of property funds. Responsibilities;
- Monthly and quarterly VAT return preparation
- Monthly CIS return preparation
- Balance sheet reconciliations
- Reconciliation of rental balances to agents billings etc
- Cash management including bank account top ups etc
- Drawdowns from investors
- Fund and investment entity reporting
Experience
- Management accounts experience required
- Have a good working knowledge of Excel
- Property Fund experience
