Job Description

My Investment Management firm is looking for a Assistant Finance Manager to provide support for finance and accounting matters for a series of property funds. Responsibilities;

  • Monthly and quarterly VAT return preparation
  • Monthly CIS return preparation
  • Balance sheet reconciliations
  • Reconciliation of rental balances to agents billings etc
  • Cash management including bank account top ups etc
  • Drawdowns from investors
  • Fund and investment entity reporting

Experience

  • Management accounts experience required
  • Have a good working knowledge of Excel
  • Property Fund experience
