BA Manager - Insurance - London/Essex - Permenent
I am looking for a Lead Business Analyst/BA Manager on behalf of a Tier 1 Insurance provider.

ROLE
The successful candidate will be reporting into the Strategic Change and Transformation Director, working across portfolio of change programmes covering operating model transformation, M&A integrations and other strategic change initiatives for Aon's speciality and retail business in the UK
This individual will still be a hands on Business Analyst, but they will also be overseeing the work of a team of BAs. With roughly 5 or 6 reports, you'll be overseeing the deliver across this team to a complete change portfolio covering technology, business change / TOM/ M&A type projects.
This role will involve working in both Essex and City across the week, the exact split of which is flexible based on candidate location and preference, however should be prepared to travel out of the city at least once a week or into town approx. 3 times a week. There is a car allowance with this role and other support towards travel costs is available.
YOU
We are looking for an experienced/senior/lead Business Analyst within insurance. Ideally you will have experience establishing yourself within a London Market or commercial insurer for a number of years.
We need to see:
- Several years' experience as a BA or lead within Insurance/consulting into Insurance
- Broad range of projects experience (see above description of role)
- Experience working end-to-end on complex projects
- Team lead or managerial experience a strong advantage
- Strong senior stakeholder management skills
- Willingness to meet the aforementioned travel requirements
