A Blockchain business analyst with data analyst and blockchain experience is needed to be a part of an Innovation workstream that has been set up within a target operation model.
As the Blockchain business analyst you will be accountable for the work within the Blockchain investigation, outlined above, with a particular focus on business process analysis to understand how a blockchain solution would be embedded in a firm’s operations and the indicative costs and savings that would be generated
The Blockchain Business Analyst will be expected to have experience in the following;
Knowledge
- Good knowledge of the London Insurance Market.
- Strong project Business Analyst experience.
- Experienced in peer to peer and Bureau accounting, Settlements and claims
- Process analysis / Lean analysis
- Benefit estimation
Skills
- Business Analysis, Data Analysis, Data Definition.
- Proficiency with MS office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Business Process Modelling in BPMN, UML, etc using Visio or other process modelling tools.
- Documentation skills.
- Stakeholder Management
- Internal Target Operation Model projects
- Knowledge of ACORD is desirable
- Microsoft Project skills
