Job Description

Eames Consulting are working with an established broker network who are keen to hire a Broking Operations Manager to head their teams based across Manchester and Glasgow. This role will focus on the building out and developing the Broking Teams, while further developing relationships with SME brokers across the UK.

  • People management - oversight of 3 Team Leaders who manage small, successful teams across both Manchester & Glasgow.
  • Ensuring performance and productivity are established within the team.
  • Management of broker relationships, acting as a technical referral point for the team when required.
  • Supporting with the development of relationships with Brokers across the UK.
  • Improve efficiency's - working closely with other areas of the business.
  • Ensuring up to date on market developments within the broking space.
  • Reviewing compliance procedures,
  • Oversight of recruitment, training and development of the team.

It's essential you have experience managing a team, and an exceptional understanding of insurance broking.
